| Dr. Zhou Mingdong : Founder
, Chief Executive Officer & Chief
Scientist |
A graduate in biology from Fudan University in 1982, Dr. Zhou obtained a Ph.D. in Cellular and Molecular Biology from the New York State University . He then completed post-doctoral research training at the University of California, San Diego. In 1996, Dr. Zhou joined the Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute, Sydney, Australia, where he headed the Cell Signaling Laboratory. During this time he discovered important effects of neuregulins in improving myocardial cell structure and function, as well as the fact that ErbB2/ErbB3 hetero-dimerization is essential for tumor d evelopment. In 2000, he returned to China and together with Dr. Xifu Liu founded Zensun ( Shanghai ) Sci & Tech Co., Ltd., one of the first companies in China to be dedicated to the de novo development of novel therapeutics. Since founding Zensun, Dr. Zhou has successfully raised over USD 15 million and under his leadership Zensun has completed the pre-clinical development of two novel therapeutics, therapeutics that have already been approved by the Food and Drug Administration of China (SFDA) for clinical trials testing, and are protected by 6 PCT and 5 China patents.

| Dr. Liu Xifu : Executive Vice President , Global

A graduate in biology from Heibei Teaching University, Dr. Liu obtained his Ph.D. degree in 1996 from the prestigious Institute of Genetics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and later undertook postdoctoral training at the Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute, working on the renin angiotensin system, chymase and neuregulin signaling. In 2000, he jointly founded Zensun (Shanghai) with Dr. Zhou, and together they developed a multidisciplinary research team, establishing technology platforms for novel drug development. Dr. Liu has authored 11 original research papers in peer-reviewed international journals, such as J Biol. Chem. and Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci (USA) and has played a major role in the development of all of Zensun's patent applications. Currently he heads Zensun's overseas Clinical Trials efforts.

| Dr. Li Xinyan
: Vice President , Domestic Clinical Trial |
After completing a master degree in immunology, Dr. Li obtained her Ph.D. from the Biotechnology Institute of the Suzhou University Medical School. After time as a visiting scholar at Montepeillier General Hospital, she joined Zensun in 2001. Dr. Li initially headed Zensun's
pilot productions, and now is responsible
for new drug safety evaluations, regulatory
affair. She also has extensive clinical trials experience and heads these efforts for Zensun's cardiovascular drug portfolio.

| Dr. Xu Lingfei : Vice President , Business Development
|
Dr. Xu obtained her Ph.D. from The State University of New Jersey-Rutgers. She has over 15 years experience in biochemistry and biotechnology. She joined Zensun in 2003, where her major responsibilities include oversight of Zensun's domestic and overseas partnership and investor programs. These involve interactions with governmental agencies and private venture capital funds to raise investment funds. Before her current position at the Company, Dr. Xu headed Zensun's protein research program, which spearheaded proteins design efforts using computational modeling approaches.

Xi Bin : Director of Industrial Development |
Mr. Xi graduated from the Biochemistry
Department, Lanzhou University with a master
degree before taking up a lectureship in the
Biology Department, East China Teaching
University. In 2001, he joined Zensun to
head its pilot productions efforts. He is
responsible of making plans, coordinating
and directing the work of different groups
within this pilot productions effort, and
has already successfully developed improved
pilot production strategies for two of
Zensun's novel therapeutics.

| Ms. Jia Wenjuan : Chief
Financial Officer |
Ms Jia Wenjuan graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University with bachelor degrees in Arts (English) and Science (International Accounting), as well as a Master of Arts (Applied Languages) degree. She is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and in the past worked for Price Waterhouse Cooper and a large national insurance company in China.

Dr. Yang Hui : Intellectual Property Analyst |
Dr. Yang Hui received his Ph.D. from the Biophysics Institute of the Chinese Academy of Science. During a postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard Medical School, he studied the mechanism of leukemia virus entry into target cells. He joined Zensun in 2004 and deals with domestic and overseas patent issues as well as research into myocardial cell signaling.

Ms. Zhang received her Master degree in Molecular Immunology in Eastern China Teaching University. She joined Zensun in 2002 as a research scientist. Currently she is responsible of administration, grant application and board member meeting organization.

Wu Xiaofeng : Marketing Manager |
After receiving her M.D. from Shanghai Medical
College Fudan University, Dr. Wu served as
an attending physician in Zhongshan
Hospital. She has been a medical manager and
product manager since 2002. She joined
Zensun in 2006, responsible for marketing
affairs.

Li Ming: Director of Administration |
Accountant. She has over 30 years experience in

Yong : Director of Animal Research Center |
Dr. Sun Yong received his Ph.D. from Shanghai
Jiao Tong University Medical School. During a
postdoctoral fellowship at University of
Louisville Medical School, he studied the
signaling pathway of nervous system. He joined
Zensun as director of animal research center,
deals with the study of pharmacodynamics and
toxicology of the Company¡¯s research programs. |

Mr. Chen received his bachelor degree in Cellular Biology at the University of Science and Technology of China and his Juris
Doctor degree from Harvard Law School. He is the
partner of Jones Day, a renowned US-based law firm, as well as a member of the life science advisory board to Shanghai Pudong Gover.

| Professor Paul M. Vanhoutte
: Chairman |
Dr. Vanhoutte is member of many scientific associations and medical academies throughout the world. He currently is President of the International Union of Pharmacology (IUPHAR). Dr. Vanhoutte also serves as the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Cardiovascular Pharmacology , advisor to the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China , and Vice President of R&D of an international research organization in France . His academic career took him from the University of Ghent to the University of Antwerp, the Mayo Medical School and Baylor College of Medicine. He is currently a Distinguished Visiting Professor, and Director of the Biopharmaceutical Development Centre, at the University of Hong Kong . Dr. Vanhoutte has published over 500 original research papers, 474 book reviews, and authored or edited 33 books. He advises Zensun on scientific strategies, international clinical research and global cooperation development .

Professor Kenneth R. Chien |
Now
a professor of Harvard Medical School, Dr.
Chien once served as Director of the
Institute of Molecular Medicine of the
University of California, San Diego,
Director of Molecular Medicine of Salk
Institute and Chair of Cardiovascular
Research of the American Heart Association.
He is currently supervising a research
program sponsored by Cardiopathy Clinical
Research Fund in Southwest Medical Center of
University of Texas and meanwhile, serving
as the advisor to Genentech in the US and
Boehringer Ingellgeim in Germany. He authors
over 210 original research publications
including Nature, Nature Medicine, Cell and
is well versed in Basic Molecular Biology,
Developmental Biology, Cardiovascular
Biology and Molecular Heart Medicine. |

Professor Barry H. Greenberg |
Dr.
Greenberg is currently Professor of Medicine
at UCSD School of Medicine and Director,
Advanced Heart Failure Treatment Program at
UCSD. He is also a charter member of the
UCSD/Salk Institute of Molecular Medicine.
He is a founding member and current Vice
President of the Heart Failure Society of
America. Dr. Greenberg has been working in
cardiology since 1971 when he has previously
served at the NIH and Oregon Health Sciences
University. Dr. Greenberg leads an active
research program investigating basic
mechanisms involved in heart failure. He is
a leader in clinical development at new
approaches and drugs to treat heart failure.
Dr. Greenberg has been consistently selected
as one of the "Best Doctors in America"
since 1995. He serves on the Editorial Board
for more than half a dozen cardiology
journals and is an Associate of the Journal
of the American College of Cardiology. |

Dr. Graham is Executive Director of the Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute in Sydney, Australia , an internationally recognized heart research institute. Dr. Graham performed research and directed research programs in the US from 1978 to 1994 in many prestigious institutions including Harvard Medical School, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, before returning to Australia . A fellow of the Australian Academy of Science, he has published over 200 original papers, many in leading international journals including Nature, Science, Circulation Research and the Journal of Clinical Investigation. In addition to his Scientific Advisory Board activities with Zensun, he is an advisory board member of the Institute of Molecular Biosciences, University of Queensland and Mesoblast Ltd., Melbourne, and a Board Member of EngeneIC Pty. Ltd. as well as serving as an editorial board member of several leading biomedical journals, including The Journal of Biological Chemistry. |

| Professor Junying Yuan |
A tenured Professor of Cell Biology at Harvard Medical School and a standing reviewer for the National Institute of Health, Dr. Yuan is widely recognized for her fundamental discoveries of molecular mechanisms of apoptosis, for which she was recently awarded a prestigious 5-year NIH Director's Pioneer award. She leads a large research operation with an annual research budget of 3 million USD. She has published 45 original research papers in peer-reviewed journals such as Nature, Cell and Science and 18 book reviews, and holds 12 US patents in the field of medicine.

| Professor Charles Antzelevitch |
Dr. Antzelevitch is the Executive Director and Director of Research of the Masonic Medical Research Laboratory (MMRL), He also holds an academic appointment as Professor of Pharmacology at the SUNY Health Science Center at Syracuse and an endowed chair in Experimental Cardiology (Gordon K. Moe Scholar) at the MMRL. Throughout his professional life, Dr. Antzelevitch has been at the forefront of experimental cardiology research, particularly the electrical function of the heart and factors that contribute to the development of abnormal rhythms. He is an internationally renowned authority in these areas and is an often invited to speak at international symposia and to present seminars at medical schools and institutes throughout the world. He has authored more than 265 original papers and 3 books, and more than 230 abstracts.
