The Company uses various models to screen for cellular toxicity of anti-tumor drugs and tumor therapeutic vaccines, including models of transplanted tumors in nude mice (xenografts) and transgenic mice, and models of spontaneous tumor development in transgenic mice. Moreover, in vitro screening experiments can be implemented here, including cell growth inhibition experiments ([ 3H]-thymidine incorporation, MTT method), CTL or NK (fluorescent labeling method, MTT method) analysis, and cytokine evaluations (ELISPOT), etc. |

Pharmacodynamics research and screening platform for cardiovascular drugs
The Company is able to provide animal models of cardiac insufficiency and myocarditis, for in vivo drug screening, including hemodynamics experiments on dogs and monkeys, sub-acute or chronic ischemic heart failure models in rats, drug-induced myocarditis models and viral myocarditis models in mice, and congestive heart failure models in dogs. The high rate of success in developing these models on a routine basis allows rapid and comprehensive cardiovascular drug screening. Cell screening can also be implemented, including in vitro culture of myocardial cells, to evaluate drug effects on structure and contractility.
